We thoroughly enjoyed particularly good and incredibly comfortable location!!

The staff were very helpful and amiable and our room was outstanding with an occupied bedroom.

Free wifi, super cheap rate, interconnecting rooms, friendly staff, convenient location.

Rooms to small and smelly... Bathroom a disgrace!

Convenient to motorway - purely used as an overnight stop-over on the way to skiing in Alps.

Very noisy - close to busy road. Did not welcome fire alarm that went off at 5.30am.

Greatly enjoyed Chambery, the hotel was gorgeous in the middle of the city. Overall it was amazingly comfortable in an occupied bedroom. The stuff that checked us in was helpful and pleasant.

Personnel was affable and charming!

We had a very very good time in this great budget hotel in Chambery. The location was peaceful - adjacent to skiing in Alps, and France and Channel Islands. Also, Foire de Savoie was 3 km away. The restaurant had tasty food, truly enjoyed it.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location for skiing in the Alps, with good restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. The rooms are clean and there is secure parking available. The check-in process is easy and the staff is friendly. The hotel provides a comfortable and quiet environment for a good night's rest.

The hotel lacks air conditioning, which could be inconvenient during warmer seasons.

Impossible to get back object left one week before

On arrival no staff reception closed gate locked and took a while to figure out that there was a machine in the grounds - very dark - to insert credit card - to get a room card for access - spent the night itching due to possibly bed bugs. Not good after driving for 9 hours.

I stayed at a budget-friendly motel just minutes away from the motorway and a commercial center with plenty of fast food options. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The bed provided a comfortable sleep for the night. I also appreciated their quick resolution of a double charge issue with my credit card. Although there is a nearby bus station, it's not ideal if you have heavy luggage as you need to walk along the highway.

room smelled of sanitizer until door left open long enough for it to disperse leaving a smell of dogs! walls grey with age -room needs urgent redecoration. toilet flush broke during stay - not typical of Premiere Classe hotels which we often use and are always clean and good value for money

asked for disabled room and was given room so small could hardly get into room. very, very uncomfortable

The room was exceptionally nice and outstanding, had nice separate bathroom. It was based in pretty building in a super and great location, to skiing in Alps. It was at a moderate distance from Quick, serving fast food🙂

Great food for breakfast at the restaurant. Comfy units in an occupied bedroom and pleasant staff. Particularly good and marvellous location in an industrial area really close to restaurant, a taxi, and skiing.

Cheap, convenient location near motorway and commercial centre with fast food options. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff. Air conditioning available. Suitable for one-night stopovers and easy parking.

Felt at home, nothing to complain about.
